Superintendent Support Services

Synesi believes that a strong commitment to leadership at the district level is key to success, which is why we think it is important for new superintendents to quickly identify areas within their district that need immediate attention.  When leadership at the district level isn’t up to par, school districts become a crisis environment, and the problems trickle down into the classrooms.  Synesi offers services that help to identify trouble areas for superintendents and then works with them to help reform the leadership and management of the district where it is needed. We offer best practice reviews that are conducted during the superintendent’s first month on the job to help pinpoint potential issue areas and see exactly where guidance is needed. Based on what is discovered through the review, we work closely with the superintendent to improve and provide the direction and yearlong support and research necessary to help them succeed in leading the district.
