School Support Programs

In running our Quality Reviews, Synesi is able to identifyindividual schools that are facing issues affecting instruction and comprehension.  We work to correct these issues with targeted support, offering assistance with school climate issues, classroom management issues, lack of grade level or subject area planning options, poor communication, and organizational concerns. Through specifically guided, short term support and guidance, Synesi can remedy the problems by delivering an action plan and offering constant support.

Synesi also recognizes that larger issues on the district and state level can prevent individual schools from being able to move forward and improve, so we also work with district and state leaders and educators as well. Whether there are implementation concerns over a new reading or math program, a new lesson planning process, leadership programming or district level development, Synesi will work to intensively review the problem and offer creative solutions.
